Merchandise returned withing 1-15 days can be refunded to the original form of payment if the customer decides they no longer want to shop with Emerald and Ivy. Merchandised returned within 16-30 days of delivery date, refund will be issued in the form of a store credit ONLY. Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or lesser value. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed or unaltered merchandise for return. All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the Return form which can be found HERE.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We ship all items from our warehouse in Glendale, Arizona via USPS either first class or 2-3 day priority. Shipping is $5.95 and free at $150.

All orders are processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. 

You will get tracking information emailed to you once the item has left our warehouse.
