DOWNLOAD THE APP AND SET UP YOUR REWARDS📱💰
STEP ONE: Download the EXOI App
STEP TWO: Once the app is downloaded hit the account button at the bottom and login either using your phone number or existing email and password. If you do not know your login info, please email hello@emeraldivy.shop.
STEP THREE: Next, let’s set up your REWARDS with us! Click the REWARD button at the bottom of the homepage. If you wish to set it up on your desktop you can access it here https://emeraldivy.shop/pages/rewards
STEP FOUR: Once you click the rewards button, you will see two options: GET REWARDS and EARN POINTS.
GET REWARDS is where you will redeem any points you earn.
EARN POINTS will show you how you can earn points! Just click on any option and it will take you directly to that action to make it easy to earn points with us!
STEP FIVE: You've earned points and now want to redeem them! Let's do this! Go back to your rewards page and make sure you are on the GET REWARDS tab and where it says CASH DISCOUNT click REDEEM, it should populate a code for you (it will also send you an email with a code) to use. If you get this pop up below follow the next steps.
STEP SIX: Head to the home button and in the upper left corner click on the three bars to open the big menu. Scroll to the bottom of that menu to find the rewards option. It may prompt you to login one more time or it may not.
STEP SEVEN: Scroll down to find the cash discount button, click it and then you will see a box appear above it with a code (you will also receive an email with that code if you wish to use it later) you can easily copy and paste into the coupon code area at checkout.
HOW TO WATCH LIVE SALES🛍️
You got a notification that there is a LIVE SALE! You want to watch, so you open the app and see the LIVE banner with the play buttons, click on that and it will immediately open up the live.
HOW TO SHOP THE LIVE SALE
When you're in the live sale your screen will look like the image below. In the upper right corner you will see a photo with pricing next to it, this is the current item being shown, it is clickable to shop. The bag icon is your cart that stores your items you've selected until you are ready to checkout. The hanger icon is items that have been shown on the live, this is helpful so you can never miss an item shown on the live!
When you are ready to checkout on a live you will click on the bag icon and hit the proceed to cart button, which will let you confim your items and quantity and allow you to add any other items from your wishlist. Once you have all your items click on the checkout button. Once you are on the checkout page it will allow you to enter in a coupon code if you have one. Once you confirm everything click the make payment button at the bottom and it will take you to the final checkout page where you can put in your card information and finalize your purchase! YAY!
