Due to the increase of LOST items and packages we are allowing you to place additional insurance on your packages. 

The USPS is taking ZERO responsibility for packages arriving destroyed, repackaged, and missing dozens of items. Due to the high volume of issues we are unable to absorb this cost.

Please claim the amount of coverage you would like us to put on your package. USPS priority comes with $125 of coverage. We recommend buying this insurance for packages over $250 in retail value.

Without this coverage we will NOT be able to issue credits or refunds on packages that show delivered by USPS no matter what condiiton they are in.

Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of original purchase. Due to our HIGH software and credit card processing fees of up to 10% merchandised refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit. 

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed or unaltered merchandise for return. All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or lesser value. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the Return form which can be found HERE.

After 30 days you can search Facebook for our resale group where you could offer it to a buyer.

Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

We ship all items from our warehouse in Glendale, Arizona via USPS either first class or 2-3 day priority. Shipping is $5.95 and free at $150.

All orders are processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. 

You will get tracking information emailed to you once the item has left our warehouse.
